Beyond raising minimum wage and building more houses, we need proven solutions. In 1991, Minnesota passed bipartisan Community Land Trust legislation, helping families own homes while keeping housing permanently affordable. After 30 years of success, it's time Pennsylvania caught up. We must support existing CLTs and create a framework for new ones, keeping housing in our communities, not Wall St.
